I just read a really good post about Hillary getting elected to the House of Representatives. And I think that that could be a good idea. Any one who could get half the voters in America could surly sway the vote in the Congress. So I wonder if she is just going to retire or does she want in the game?

I think she should retire.

I expect that she could get elected into either the House or Senate, but I think it is time for her to move on.

I agree.. she's f***ing 70.... just call it a day already. Play with the grandkids and call it good.

Jeezus already. Enough with the Clintons already. They had their run, it's time for someone new to run.

Wouldn't that be considered a step down for her? She WAS a Senator, after all. Though granted, it's easier to get into the House of Representatives, what with gerrymandered districts and elections with no opposition, but still. I doubt she'd accept anything less than Senator.

Obama's still young. Maybe he should run against Trump in 2020!

He can't. Presidents can only serve 2 terms, and he's already served his 2.

As I recall, they can only run for two CONSECUTIVE terms .. unless the GOPers already changed that ...

Edit:
Allright - my mistake:
Twenty-second Amendment
Section 1. No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once. But this article shall not apply to any person holding the office of President when this article was proposed by the Congress, and shall not prevent any person who may be holding the office of President, or acting as President, during the term within which this article becomes operative from holding the office of President or acting as President during the remainder of such term.

A fear that people have had about the President ever since Washington. Well, until WWII. Then it updated into a fear the President would become Hitler 2.0. But, that's why we have the Constitution and separation of powers. The entire system is built specifically to prevent such a thing.

But now we have a Corporatocracy (going back plenty of administrations) and we just elected a businessman rather than politician as CEO of America....

Hillary is only bad because Trump says so. Trump is older than she is. May be Trump is to old to serve. In this political climate proof is not required accusations seem to be enough. Hillary did win the popular vote and we shouldn't need factcheck to verify that. I think she could run for Congress and I believe she would win.
