What if a woman abuses her husband for months, and then finally, he fights back and kills him. What should happen to the man? Do you think he should go to jail?

Now, what if the roles were reversed - what if a woman had been abused, and she killed the man?

I wonder how many people give different answers to each question.

He shouldnt fight back and if he was being abused he should just leave his wife. I think that he needs to go to jail because although he was provoked he had the choice to do it or not. But the woman should be tried for abuse.

The woman should also go to jail for her deed. But the man should be tried for abuse as well.

i think its the worst thing a man can do, a man should neva hit a girl even if its just a bit of fun i think that men who raise there hand to a women should be punished!!!!

I used to get hit by my ex g/f.
Eventualy i did hit her back i self defence, i feel bad about it, but i loved her and didnt want to leave her. I suppose i just wanted her to see how much she was hurting me emotionaly by hitting me all the time.

well I left him....then found out I was pregnant and got back with him...then he left me

men fight now and then...
and its not such a big deal.
if a men hits a women, there is social centra involved...

men get in certain violent situations, sometimes
like road rage...
the car in front of u, is waiting to long on when the light hits green, but u are in a rush... u wanna get in front of it, but he doesnt let u
after a couple lights, u wanna get out to punch him in the face
that just popped in my head, but there are alot of situations, where men get little violent thoughts

and arent the women always complaining not to making a difference between men and women? Women and men should have the same rights and treatment?
well baby, u dont want us to treat u the same
u will see alot of women get punched in the face

i dont make any sense

*no1 has the right to end someones life, but step on my tail, i make u disappear...
*as long as there is no replacement for me, i wont die...
