I don't think 'grr' is a real word. You have to have at least one vowel - in an English word!

I'm not a Stickler, I'm a Purist! I've even been known to 'correct' my wifes pronunciation. She, too, is from Quèbec, and when compared to the Parisienne that my ear was accustomed to, her French -- and that of her entire network of family and friends -- sounds just a little bit strange. But, you get used to it...

Also, I'm old(er), and have a tendency to get crotchety.... So, you'll have to make some small allowances for the likes of pitiful ol' me.
