I myself am considering getting this done. it is not that I dislike them now (34A) but having bigger ones would be better. I do hate surgery and am aware of the risks, which I am still debating if it really is worth it. I would want fulls Cs as well. Not to have huge ones and hoe it out but just to have nice bigger boobs.

I don't understand the point of elective plastic surgery. Self confidence comes from within. Large boobs are not going to make you more confident in yourself.
A guy who loves you will love you for who you are. But if you want to appeal to guys who like large boobs, go ahead. Money can't buy happiness, though.

Hey I used to work as a waitress in a strip joint a long time ago when they where just becoming popular, and in 50% or cases they look good, but much better with clothes on.

You can tell they are fake until they drop which takes a few years, but if its going to make you feel better I say just do it. There is no risk worth not taking for a happier life.

No plastic surgery, be happy with yourself. There is a fine line between natural and "plastic" and I would stay on the natural side if i were you.

why is it you want bigger boobs? why would it give you confidance? your boyfriend says your fine, i only see getting them bigger to get more male attention, there are things to do to make them appear bigger, id look into that first, different bras and tops that make you apppear bigger than you are, im a DD/E, i was a C and it was such a nice size so if you do decide to go ahead id chose a C dont go silly!

Any type of surgery like this has its good and bad points. I use to be in your situation and then had a child and went to a D cup and call them a catch all. The owner of my gym is a professional body builder and she had this surgery and she has to go in every five years and get this procedure done. Now if you do decide to get this done and down the road decide to have children you will not be able to breast feed and might have some complications in that area. They say a fast way of women trying to loose weight is breast feeding. Like all medical things its different on everyone, and its your personal decision do it for you and not no one else not even your guy cause down the road you never know. My ol room mate had this procedure done and she had alot of complications as in pain when the weather changed and aching pain from the implants. I would say go to a doctors office and get a consulation and go from there.

hi all, i hope to give insight into your questioning of IMPLANTS
firstly they are a forign body that is going into your body and the body doesnt like that - u get rejection - they body will try and squash them and make a shell around them. called encapsulation - they go hard and look like oranges/soccer balls depending on the size. they end up feeling terrible to touch and it will be hurting you to lay on yr side let alone if u wanted to lie on them. NOW if they leak which they will regardless of how good they are...silicone will seep out either from the shells or inside. for health issues from ingrediants in implants check out Agent Orange effects on Vietnam Vets. I know all of this as i am terminally ill from IMPLANts ... i wasnt told the real risks...including all the animals (dogs) that died from the testing of silicone implants...tumors that come up anywhere in the body incl the brain.
it isnt worth it...i have lost many friends due to silicone implants and there are hundreds more waiting to die like me. just breathing is an effort...and i didnt even smoke. its your life but i wish i had someone tell me.

It is entirely your decision. If you really feel that you would be more confident by doing it then go for it. If you feel a lack of self confidence now you will probably still feel that at age 25 so not sure if waiting is a good idea. It doesn't matter how many times other people tell you you are fine as you are, if you are not feeling it then you are not fine.

Women like to feel womanly and breasts are an important part of that. Mine are OK but if I was small then yes I would probably have them enlarged.

Everything only looks good in proportion though so not too large!!!
