Um, i only like one "goth" band and they are technically gothcore; Curve
as for industrial there is quite a few:

God Lives Underwater
KMFDM
Sister Machine Gun
Soil And Eclipse
Sonic Mayhem

I know they are not all industrial but they are according to Last.FM so whatever
