oh yeah they're always sending me those, but they always send them to an address i didn't sign up for ebay with, an address totally unassociated with ebay, so that's kinda funny. I agree, just delete it.

oh and just too let everyone know..the email was a fake ebay email..and here is the response I got back..

YES, it is fake. They've been sending me bogus letters like that for a long time. You can forward it to eBay at spoof@ebay.com.

I got that once and I wasn't even a member of eBay. So I replied telling them to go and get
