Why waste all your energy saying that you hate a genre when you could spend your time just listening to the music you do like. Also change the tone in your posts, i dont think its good to go in with a biased and unbacked opinion on what you call "sentimental faggots."
Your right in that you can like what you like and thats fine. But, punk is a very distinct genre, with a specific identity that is at the heart of who some people are. The problem is not that EMO exists, its the fact the people (EMOs or not) try to put into the same genre as punk. It clearly is not. If there is any relation, it is only superficial, where they try to have a similar sound to punk, but the soul of punk is lost in there music. When you start to classify music like EMO into punk, you dilute punk, and take away its meaning, its purpose, its identity.
EMOs leave punk alone! your not punk!
