to put this, but anyways. I'm on a major mission to lose weight and hopefully decrease my bust size as well as tummy and bum! But before you decide to go on about exercise and eating etc thats not what the threads about, when I manage to shift the weight if my boobs are still huge I'll look to get a breast reduction.

I was wondering if anyone had had surgery on their breast, either bigger or smaller and would share their experience.

One of my best friends did. She was extremely happy she did it. Cost a pretty penny though. She was naturally athletic and muscular, though. She had a large bust on a small frame and was in excellent shape.

Lost of people lose breast tissue as they lose weight, so don't start planning on surgery just yet.

I dropped a cup size just by doing upper body workouts like push-ups.
Took me ages to do so but now I'm happy with D's

No i know it's possible to lose a lot from weight loss, but it's the case of if i don't I'd like to hear peoples experiences because I would seriously consider it.

Also you can get them done on the NHS if you're over a certain cup size (decided by height and what your weight should be from what I understand).

The thing is I'm not talking a cup size or 2, I really want to drop about 5 cup sizes preferably.

My friend had a reduction,this was before i knew her,but ive seen pics of her before and she was rather large. Now she spends a fortune on push up bras!!!! No seriously shes much happier she says,and she got hers done on the NHS i believe.

My cousin was tiny and had a 34ddd. She had to have bra's specially made. Once she turned 18 she got a reduction because it was causing back problems. She is happy now that her back is better, but the surgeon didn't do a great job and now she has bad scars.

Well at the mo I'm 36/38 HH (uk size which is apparently 36/38 L in the us)

Whoa!!! Yea, I would just recommend really looking into it. My cousin doesn't regret it because her hubby likes her how she is. And remember you will probably lose a lot of it when you lose weight, but if your still wanting to do more, find a good surgeon. I've seen the scars and they really sliced her up.

Yea atm it's the ultimate IF they don't deflate enough with the weight loss lol

I've heard it most cases it work wonders although some women say it grows back even though they maintain their weight.

Also the scarring is quite bad but to be honest a bit of scarring wouldn't fuss me...i've looked into it as well cos of back pain but its just too expensive.

If it's white, sticky and not yours dont touch it.
