Do you smoke?

Do you smoke cigarettes, herb, whatever? If so, what is your smoke of choice? Why did you start and have you tried to quit?

If you used to smoke and you quit, how and why did you quit?

I've never smoked cigarettes... But i do smoke the other stuff :P

I do smoke, and i smoke cigarettes. Tried to quit last year and it went pear shaped. But previously i gave up for three years I,m off to smoking cessation soon so fingers crossed

Smoking is bad, isn't it? Or have I grown up veeeery confused?

I stopped a two pack a day habit by smoking a cigarette without lighting it. I did the same thing as if it was lite. I go to perform the habit, got the taste, etc...

I don't really smoke except for 2 or 3 times a year when I break out my Sheesha pipe which I use flavoured tabacco. Other than that I NEVER smoke.

I don't smoke but when I was young I was the odd one out because everybody smoked we didn't know it could cause cancer,Thats why I can't understand the young of today smoking they can't say they havn't been warned

I smoke miniature cigars. I can't see myself quitting anytime soon.

I used to smoke 3 or 4 small cigars a day,till october 2005.I wasn't thinking of packing in,but at the time,I used a particular website,and someone I was friendly with,posted a letter,that his grandaughter wrote him.It was an impassioned plea,for him to give up his 40 a day!As a resuklt of that posting,about 8 of us gave up,and at least 2 of us stopped for good,bobbo

No - the time I tried it co-incided with the first time I got drunk on cheap french brandy. I have never been able to face either since.

I started smoking when I was 16 and was on 10 a day.

By the time I was 20 it was 30 a day and I promised myself I would quit before I was 21.

A week before my 21st I went to see a hypo-therapist and havent smoked since!

quit with the patch for 3 years.........we went to a cottage, had a fire...... bought one pack to have one only..............
