It's a nice photo but it looks like you've used some sort of filter that has made it very blurry and it has a very unnatural glow to it. But it's a nice photo. looks very happy.

The first is good because, as stated before, the vibrant colors are a nice addition to the expression of the photo.
However, the soft focus is way too noticeable in the 1st one and therefore I would choose the latter.

Bad art is more tragically beautiful than good art, because it documents human failure.
