Right through History Dictators have seemed to enjoy the crazy 'tache style, Hitler, Stalin, Lenin (R.I.P) right up to modern ones like Sadam. my question is why?

humunculous isn't a word It's homunculus

In any case, it's just a pet peeve of mine when people pluralize a word by putting 's after it.

Just put an s. 's indicates possessive case. For instance: Jon's pet peeves. Not Jons pet peeve's.

Back to your regularly scheduled program.

I say cows, i couldne speak proper english if i tried, and feel that people who insist on it being spoken are middle class idiots who want to feel superior.

I will be a communist dictator by the way.

jonnythan isn't refering to speech he's refering to grammer and punctuation in the written word.

Spoken like a true teenager with no real life experience.

How do you think your boss is going to react when he notices that you can't even send an email that displays an understanding of even the most basic language skills? Do you think they're going to let you close to doing something as simple as sending an office memo, let alone negotiating with a vendor?

What do you think the HR person looking through resumes is going to do when he comes across one with numerous errors?

The fact is that language skills are critically important in "real life." Graduating high school isn't where all of this stupid "learning" stuff ends. Real life is about the workplace and if you want to have a job that pays more than $25,000 a year for the rest of your life, language skills are necessary.

In my opinion NO it is not good enough.I have interviewed people for jobs and if they can't spell or write properly they do not get the job.
