So, you don't believe in individual liberties.

I believe a libertarian is more for individual rights (even at the expense of the overall community) and conservatives are for individual rights that they do not preceive as liberal ideas? My experience anyways.

In my experience, though, "liberal" ideas equate to loss of rights.

And also, could you explain to me how individual rights could impede on the overall community, in that the entire community has there individual rights?

Nope, believe that through our common endeavor we can achieve more than we could alone.

That's what some say. Not part of the definition though.

So you believe that the individual is incapable of achieving?

Eh, kinda. With libertarians they will support a lot of liberal ideals that give freedom to the individual just like they'll support many conservative ideals that give more freedom to individuals.

Sure, it becomes buyer beware mentality where government nor states are able to move against the individual and people start losing their protections. I know it was not meant to be- but like you pointed out with liberalism, the final result is often NOT what the plan was.

What I believe is lost in the years is the true meaning of the word liberal. In order to see this term for what it really is you have to state it as classical liberal or libertarian.
