hi ive recently been doing a project on complementary therapies for those that are not sure of the term it means that you use alternative treatment to medicines. Just wondering have any of you used any to help with any problems?

Check out this link

Hope that worked

I guess you could define "Complementary Therapies" also as Natural Therapies, Alternative Therapies too
I'm studying Kinesiology at the moment, which falls under this giant umbrella!

Check out Naturopathy, Homoeopathy, Herbal Medicine, Chinese Medicine (including acupunture) Massage Therapy, Energy Healing (like Reiki)...the list seems to be endless these days

Yeah, it's pretty amazing. A part of my course covers acupuncture/acupressure points and also Chinese Meridians in the body. It's absolutely fascinating me every day!
I also love aromatherapy! I'm burning Rosemary oil at the moment
Did you get to choose your assignment subjects?

I did that once when I was sick. Scary to wake up in cold water and wonder "what if"
