This thread will be all about chocolate recipes.. Everyone are welcome to share their favorite chocolate recipe, any kind/form as long as there's a chocolate in it.

Here's mine:

Dark Chocolate Truffles
100 g dark chocolate (75% cocoa)
100 ml double cream
15 g unsalted butter (softened)
50 g blanched hazelnuts
2 tbsp golden caster sugar
1-2 tsp arak flavouring
cocoa powder to dust

blend chocolate pieces and hazelnuts in a food processor. Add double cream, butter, sugar, flavouring, mix well. Place in the fridge for couple of hours or even overnight. Then create small, about 1 tsp size, balls from the truffle mixture, dust in a cocoa powder and leave aside. Store in fride.

Chocolate Popcorn...

1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/2 stick butter
2 tablespoons cocoa
1/2 teaspoon salt
8 cups popcorn

Over medium heat, using a 4 quart pot, combine the sugar, corn syrup, butter, cocoa, and salt and bring to a boil. Once the mixture is well mixed, add the popped corn. Cook and stir until popcorn is coated, approximately 2 minutes. Cool mixture and shape into 3-inch balls.
