I'm a touch lost here, are we talking about being in a porn film under the age of consent? or talking about kids taking rudey pictures of themselves and their bf/gf when they're under the age of consent for sex, or under the age of consent for watching/making porn?

maybe not, but 13 year olds shouldn't be having sex at all, and at least over here 17 year olds can have sex legally, so as long as the pictures aren't distributed I don't see why a partner looking at rudey pics of his gf vica versa is so bad, at the end of the day before i was 18 greg and i were sleeping together so if theres pics taken and he sees them then whats the difference between him seeing those pics and watching it in real life?

I don't know UK laws, so I can't really comment on them, but from a U.S. perspective, it would depend on the wording of the law. Here most states have an AOC of 16 so it would be legal to engage in the sexual act, but not legal to film/photograph it.
