This thread has pretty much been answered. There is always this kinda area of misunderstanding where in the UK the legal age of consent is 16 and in the USA is 18. Not suprisingly to Americans the thought of sex at 16 and 17 is rather unacceptable after all it is thier law.
A lot of underage teens do take naughty pics of themselves and send them to the b/f or g/f's phone or e-mail. So its quite a relevant topic.
The first thing i though of was the very famous case of Traci Lords who lied about her age and took part in porn resulting in legal action against whatever company it was that made the movie.
I think the moral of the story is dont play adult games until you are an adult.
Most states in the U.S. the AOC is 16. I think one is younger than that. Just because someone is over the age of consent doesn't mean they can consent to making a porn though. |  | |

i see no problem with it...
Possession and distribution of child porn is illegal regardless of who is the subject of the image/video.
