I just turned on the radio and they were talking about this, the question was if you have naughty pictures of yourself or your bf/gf being underage on your computer or uploaded to a site if it would be considered child porn when you turned 18 and you'd get in trouble for it? what do you all think? (They can't seem to figure it out on the radio station, lol)

I think any pics under 18 is consdiered child porn and I think it should be. But I could be wrong too

If it was on your computer and it was you and your girlfriend would it be considered child porn? by law probably but I dont think by morals. If it was uploaded onto the internet, then yes it would be child porn. At least I think so. I am glad I ain't the person who makes these laws up.

lets says you are a 16 year old boy who has naughty pics of you with your gf or something.. and then down the road you still have them not deleting them but you're now 18, you can get charged for pics you took being 16..?

that is kinda crazy .. but..

what age are we talking here?, like 15/16 say, is possessing images of your 15 yr old girlfriend illegal if you're 15?
i guess technically it is, you're not old enough to consent to having that photo taken, no matter who takes it.
it obviously wouldn't be dealt with as severely.

but uploading it is certainly illegal and would be, thats circulating pornographic images of children.

Thing that scares me is that plenty of guys who seem regular you see getting caught on 'to catch a predator' to meet young girls but some of the guys seem clearly disturbed.

What is the attraction there I think it's quite disgusting..
