My bf downloaded the latest version of messenger, (not sure the number, it forced him) And when he tries to log on, it does the little sign on motion, then just goes back to name and password, won't let him in

I only do it because it works..

Is he positive he has his sign in information correct?

I sometimes get a troubleshooting window, but it only goes back to my login screen if I don't have my information exactly correct.

I'll get him to double check but I'm sure it's all right. He's repaired, reinstalled, etc..

I only do it because it works..
