If you want to do it faster, it might work to Google a "German to English" translator and then type in the individual sentence. Sometimes colloquialisms don't translate word for word, but you can get enough to understand what the letter says. | ||||||

Not that it matters, but being that this is her great great grandfather and she needs help translating, chances are gr-gr-grandfather is long deceased and therefore probably didn't mail it to her.   | ||||||
