turn off the mac and hold down the power key and the eject button
simultaneously when you turn it back on. works for me every time.

Go in to computer and click on one of drives and it should just pop open mine doe's.

that happened to me, I almost did all of the things listed here. (I have a G4
ibook)

I stuck in a piece of paper (not 20#) and wiggled it around then the disk came
out.

Well apparently it just poppped out by itself one day
