Hey! ladies. Do any of you bloat up at certain times and if so what do you use to get your abdomen back down to normal size?

I am looking for a natural way of dealing with this annoying bloating I get from time to time that bloats me to the point that I can't even fit in the pants I wore the day before, but falls off me the next due to being bloated.

It's annoying me to no end.

Any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
