the best way to lose weight is to exercise, buy the ministry of sound exercise dvd's they are great! the past two weeks i have lost 5 pounds! i do the dvd nearly everyday if not every other day but make sure i do the sit ups twice a day, i dont eat anything that can bloat me such as bread, potaotos ect, although i have weetabix and banana in the morning salad with chicken or steak for dinner, and a big fruit smoothie for tea, and for snacks i'll have yet more fruit yoghurt or whats really great is dried mixed fruit really gets my sweet tooth! all sounds harsh but ya gotta do it if you want to loose it and dont give in like i have the past two days but im back on it again!!
