The Beatles Sgt peppers...but it depends what you want...if you're into intellectual bands like radiohead who try to make significant artistic statements about life and humanity then you'd find sgt. peppers rather frivillious, for the most part...however if you want to be entertained by some marvelous melodies and extravagant lyrics and brilliant inovative production and fantastic singing then you'll love sgt.peppers...more than any other album you'll probably hear in you're life!
Revolver's the Beatles only other out and out masterpiece!

I'VE GOT NOTHING TO SAY BUT IT'S O.K!!

To be honest its impossible to know, i think we can put down best album of each decade but to compare decades is a bit too much. How can i compare say dark side of the moon to a modern great album? I dont think you can in an objective way.

" Atlantic Crossing By Rod Stewart great 70s Album which hit No1 on both sides of the Atlantic, great songs, great singing with meaning As for Sgt Peppers by the Beatles i was in a 2nd hand shop looking at the records + seen the Album with cover + women behind counter said that's 60p but i didnt care basically as they were not a band i liked, but realised later that there was only so many made but i didnt know at time so i went back to shop 2 days later but the Album had gone my own mistake.
