Sublime for sure...
I also liked the first No Doubt album, actually I liked all of their albums but the first one, and Beacan Street Collection had the most ska influences

It's gotta be the Specials really innit?

Most these modern "Ska" bands sound nothing like Ska music.

Personally, I'd say Reel Big Fish.
But there are so many amazing ska bands that just get you up and moving your feet.

Reel Big Fish.

Holy cow a whole thread about Ska and not one mention of Voodoo Glow Skulls. The are punk/ska but what good ska isn't. Listen to the Specials then listen to The song Los Hombres No Lloran and tell me these guys are not Ska. Might not be the best Ska band but they put on one hell of a show.

Third wave ska does sound completely different to the originals.

But I do enjoy both.

Voodoo Glow Skulls!
Legends!
I heard one of their songs on like Punk-o-rama #3 or #5 and its really good fun.
Ska bands?
Less than jake are probably one of the best, along with (as everyone's saying) Reel big fish.
Sublime are also good for Ska.

If you can, go on Less Than Jake's myspace profile and check out their blog. They have new UK tour dates, and each night they play just one whole album.

Have you ever seen Capdown live? They are one band I am yet to see, but I want to know what they're like live first.
