The time is getting close to have to buy another antvirus program for my computer (the one I currently have is about to expire). I was just wondering what the opinions are on some of the other programs out there (currently using McAffee) Thanks in advance

I use AVG, that's free if you download the basic program. I hear Norton is good as well.

avg is your best bet
you can get the free virsion but if you want to pay you can get the pro version with extra spyware protection and stuff

I've been told by a few, that Norton is rubbish. It moves things about or something? I love AVG and wouldn't use anything else, plus it's free. Bonus!

I previously had Norton... DON'T GET IT! It did not protect my computer like it should... currently I use AVG which is free and can be downloaded online... it is great, much better than Norton.

I used to use McAfee,but recently changed to Kaspersky. The first scan I ran found all kinds of nasties that McAfee had missed. Norton sucks. This is the best security program I've ever used.
