I have a fender squire ba** I got when I was 16. Haven't played it much recently though.

I've got an old George Martin 6 string and a Fender 12 string.

ive been playing for well september03 i have a metal axxe and a music man sting ray and i'm getting a woody allen epiphone if i can get my hands on one:P ahh today was fun i was wiht my bf n his garage sudio thing working on a few songs i made up like.. complex things not crppy ba** lines that dont reli have a part in the song lol umm yeaah^__^ oo dinner time brb

I stole a Ba** from school and have been learning for just about a year now.
I can play pizzicato but i usually prefer using a pick. I'd usually only use my fingers if i was doing a funky riff.etc I can also do a bit of Slap Ba** too but i'm not very good at it.
If you want a good song to learn try a Muse song, they always have great tabs for the Bass, like Hysteria...

I play ba** in a local band called "Kira", we're a melodic death metal band, difficult to play but sounds awesome! I usually play two finger style although when needs be i can switch to three finger style! Im playin a vintage ba** at the moment, but am saving up for either a rickenbacker or a BC Rich "beast series"! i just have to decide whether i want sound quality or looks!? What wud you guys do?
