Is it just me or is there something more attractive about a girl being a barmaid?

There's a barmaid at my local who me and my mates all admit to finding attractive (with one saying he'd marry her within seconds of seeing her) however I saw her outside of the bar just casually earlier today and she looked destinctly average. Anyone else had this?

Maybe it's the whole fact that she is the smiling pretty girl, paying attention to you boys at the bar. And that she is more centre of attention for you boys while at the bar. Even if it is to do with the fact that she is serving you. It makes you lust her, seeings as she is in the spotlight there? Does that any make sense.
