I've never been one to have many bad dreams. Sure, I've had the odd few, but only once every so often. Lately though I've been having a number of bad dreams. I had one about falling out with one of my friends the other night, I woke up after it and dwelled on it for about 5 minutes, when I eventually fell back asleep I had another dream about falling out with another friend. Last night I had a dream that someone broke in my house while I was there and they tried to assault me, it was horrible.

Not really, but I've also been having trouble sleeping lately, I just know that it's going to all be connected.

your probably stressed, our dreams take all the little things we find it hard to process and make them into stories. It can be distressing but its a good way to focus all that negative energy. I find once i start to look at them like this they become easier to handle because you can rationalise them. Hope your ok xx

i always have bad dreams., and they are all scary!!

i've had the same type of dreams for 2 weeks. in every dream i die.... but, there one that keeps coming, i dont like that one! Make it go away!

oh the dreaming only gets more intense when your pregnant, and when bad dreams happen they suck majorly. I nkow im no help just wanted to post cause well, ya, bad dreams suck

I am 20 years old,been married seance I was 17 1/2 and we are expecting our first child in October! I also have a cat named Loki.
