what about getting in touch with the rnib,they do a good selection or they did,and cant your libary get some in from another one.

Audio books? The reason you may not find good ones at your local library is probably because they are for kids learning how to read? or am I wrong? I haven't had those since I was about 3 or 4.

The RNIB have a good talking book library. I found quite a few in my local library but mostly "potboillers".
The RNIB use a system called DAISY which you will need a special reader for (supplied by them).
