I am looking at Art Colleges, wanting to get into Film and Animation.
Does anyone know anything (pros, cons, any details at all) about
any of these colleges: The School of the Art institute of Chicago,
Columbia College Chicago, CALARTS (California Institute of the Arts),
College for Creative Studies (Detroit), or any others anyone may have in mind. Thank you!

Well I personally love Columbia! They are a wonderful, highly rated art school. Their campus is gorgeous , and on top of it all their tuition is quite low for such a great art school. Im majoring in graphic design and im hoping to go to FIDM next year
( Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising)
there are mannny wonderful schools all around...it just depends where you are looking...and what kind of school you are looking for!

I keep getting mail from the Columbia one in Chicago. It seems pretty interesting to me, but I don't necessarily see art as a reliable career choice. I do love art and am very good at it. According to my teacher, I could get a scholarship easily in art...it's just unpredictable though. Either people like it or they don't.
