I am in the process of losing weight for the summer and for health reasons as well. Is anyone around here looking to do the same? I was thinking we could use this thread to share tips, progress reports, and give each other moral support to help one another reach our goals! Is anyone game? I started eating healthier and exercising significantly more over the past two weeks and I have melted off 6 inches and 8 pounds! Anyone care to join me?

I really need to exercise a load and tone up. I go on the beach looking like this, instead of admiring glances, Greenpeace will be trying to push me back in the sea
