all the roommate situations I've ever heard of or been in almost always end up in angry parting, I don't know why even if you make all the rules up before the rooming begins other things seem to come up and they start off small then all of sudden it's a huge fight. But, think on this all types of relationship's which are live ins are all like that, it's very hard living with someone else period. It takes a lot of work and compromises from both people, and arguments shall always come small or large it's unavoidable, that's life, living with other's, family, friends, girlfriend/boyfriend, wife/husband, mother/children etc.... all the same types of problems arise it takes a strong commitment and work to make it work, So it's up to you what you shall do with your specific problem, work on it or just keep getting angry and not talking it out or admitting you can't live together. All the luck and if you figure out a magic formula to this old/new problem let me know k???

Take Care and hope it works out for you.

Never had a room mate but sharing a house with a friend is a great way to end that friendship. I've become great friends with people that I've shared with but they were strangers at the start.

oh i had that problem- my room mate was terrible. left food all over the room, clothes over the floor, she never tidied or cleaned the dishes. Needless to say we are not friends now. i just did alot of my studying at the libary and didnt stay in the flat a lot. It may be worth while talking to your room mate and discuss what is making you angry and see if you can sort it out.

are you sharing a bedroom/dorm room?

Depending on how much you want to keep this friendship, earplugs might be a sound (pun intended) investment.
