Have any of you heard their new album? I really don't think the new frontman sounds much like Layne Staley. My son really likes it. I've listened to a couple of their songs and I'm not impressed. I miss the 90's rock.

Give it time, give it a chance. I know even when my boy Zakk Wylde comes out with new stuff, it can take me a little time to start really digging it.

I did hear one song from their new album. And I did like it. However, I do feel it is not as good. I miss the 90's rock, too...

I love it! Black gives way to blue and A looking in view are great songs. I prefer duvalls vocals, and i think the band have lost the grungy sound. Which for me is very good.

Layne's death was an awful tragedy as was Kurt Cobain's. I miss them more than any other rockers.

Really? That's cool. I just miss grunge as it came out when I was still young and rather carefree...

Some of the bands I miss are Soundgarden, Alice in Chains, and Nirvana. There are more but my memory fails me at the moment.

Hi, Kazz. Welcome. It's nice to have a fellow Texan and music lover here. I live less than 4 hours from you. One of my favorite songs is Stillborn.

With good reason, I believe. Never thought a friend would do that.

Nope. She's f***ing insane, which isn't much of an excuse. But i'm gonna say its that and not that she was trying to kill me
