I saw the most interesting thing on earth today, just walking down the street. I went by some condos and obviously a lot of elderly people lived there.

Weeelll... out comes this group of people, a couple of women and a man, and one of those women was wearing a tube top that was maybe a 1 1/2 feet at longest. Her boobs were sagging down, and you could see a good 4 inches of her (very wrinkled and aged) stomach.

She was fit for her age, yes, but that doesn't mean she should walk around in a tube top and those sweats all the teenage girls wear, at least IMO.

What do you think?

hey, let her be, perhaps at their ages, they don't even realize.

its none of my business what people wear, bodies come in all shapes and sizes with scars and stretchmarks and wrinkles and i think the way society feels less than perfect bodies should be hidden is just another hang up which makes the natual ageing process or what "life" does to you come as a total shock and make you feel ashamed.

the way you dress yourself is a matter of choice, i think it's great that the older lady had the confidence to be flaunting her body regardless of her age or her wrinkles.
After all we are all going to go there someday, there's nothing quite like being comfortable in your own skin!

Most of the "let live, who cares, let's chill" comments are from the older (Over 20 ) range, and the negative comments are from the teenagers.

Couldn't be that the teens are just annoyed because some old gran is wearing styles you regard as YOUR property could it

Funnily enough, in my area, I notice many teens are dressing the way I tend to dress, and have done for a few years.
Get off my style kids

Oh, and got other news for you teens - old people used to have sex, they used to snog, they might still do...get over it

A person should dress in what ever fashion they feel comfortable with.

When I was little I used to think that old people wore what was fashionable when they were teenagers.

I could see no other reason why my grandma wore curtains.

Now - I think live and let live - I don't like it when I see more than I want to on an old or young person - but I wouldn't try to stop it.

OK, I'm as bad as anyone for laughing when I see someone who dresses inappropriately.
There's someone where I work, she's in her early 20's and she's quite overweight. She wears too tight low jeans and croptops. Result is we are often treated to a view you could park a bike in, or a very flabby belly positively hanging out (Complete with tattoos ). She's always having to hike up her pants to avoid her a** totally being on show (Tends to be too late most days).
I can't help laughing a bit - but if that's what she wants to wear. OK, she could dress different and look a LOT better, and a lot more attractive - but who is anyone to say she shouldn't dress like that.

I won't say I'd like the view, but I do love the personality behind it. I bet she's fun to talk to, a character with some zip. Sounds fun.

I just wanna shake it up.

There's definitely worse things than wearing clothes that other people might not approve of. In the end, it's really not hurting you that much, I don't tell people what to wear so people shouldn't tell me either.

Couldn't have said it better, my sentiments exactly, women already have the onus of living up to what Society think they should look like and what man and woman think they should look like, I say be yourself, love yourself and it they don't like it, it's they're problem deal with it. I may not like what you wear or look are you going to change how you look just cause I don't like it, I sure hope not, cause my opinion is just that an opinion. So wear what you like or feel comfortable in and something you like, be content with your body type and let people talk and judge cause that's what they do best until they look in the mirror.JMO edit: typos

I think that people should be allowed to wear what they want, whenever they want, as long as they feel comfortable. I hope that when I'm her age, I have the confidence to wear something like that, even if I don't look as good as skinny teenage girls. I applaud her for being brave enough to wear that outfit. Clothes aren't there for us to put a show on for other people, even though some people seem to think they are.
