I would suggest you look for a used Polaris magnum 500 or a scrambler 500
magnum is more of a utility and scrambler is more sport..

Stay the HELL away from a Polaris they are JUNK, get a Honda 400EX it's in your price range and you will still be riding when the Polaris riders are bugg'in the s*** out of their local mechanic on when their junk is gonna be duct-taped back together again?!

Have a nice day!

Looking for speed stay away from the small engine Yammy's their good work machines around the farm but if you planning on doin alot of flat trail or road running your going to run into problems. scramblers are accually a descent bike or if you dont want the 4x4 grab a banshee there light quick and theres endless aftermarket parts available.

if you want speed, then i would say yamaha banchee 350. but this bike is only if you know how to ride, at least a little bit. it is a two stroke, so there is less maint. on the bike. and it is fast as hell. for the price you are looking for, banchee.

the worst thing in the world to loss, is your laugh.
