I noticed last week, that my neighbours are growing canibis in there french window doorway. Some 4 plants about 5 foot or so high now.
They have 2 kids, aged about 3-6, and every other day all I hear is empty beer bottles put into there recycle bin. They also like to use our fron garden as a short cut over a fench onto a public path running to the side of our house, and they trample all over my plants etc.
Im a little pissed of with that to be honest, i have already solved the problem with there playing music to silly hours of the night, now i have to put up with them, there cats s**tting in my carrot patch, and now drugs!

I have no idea what to do in best interest for anyone.

Sounds to me like anti social behaviour ?

To be honest they have 2 little kids and probably cant get out much so they have thier social life at home. Which can be a pain in the arse for the neighbours but it is something people grow out of.

Use citrus peel in your flower bedding to stop the cats s**tting.

Ask them politely to not use your garden as a pathway.

As for the cannabis - if you have noticed then so must other people. I dont see it as a problem unless they are dealing which would mean people knocking at all hours of the day and night.

they need asbos!
that'll sort 'em out

sounds like they're bad parents, but that alone isn't grounds to call social services, you could call the police about the drugs, but thats pretty cold-hearted in my opinion,
that could really ruin their lives.

ask them to keep off your plants and as long as they don't bother you with their music or intruding on your property then let them be and who cares about them?

When we first moved in, they used to park in our drive, so i went round to tell them not to, it took about 3 attempts. Next it was the music, and there rubbish blowning out of there bins because they never put them out and never used bin lineers to hold there rubbish, so i had to tell them that. then it was fag ends thrown into ou back garden I had to mention to them i had found a load after they had a BBQ, then there was the insident with a our back fence when we had a new fence put up, it funnily had fallen down, but on closer look it had been kicked the f**k out of, and i had to have words which they said it was there mates.
Your right there friends come round alot as they have 2 kids, and probably will never be able to find baby sitters, but i do worry for them children.
I feel i am constantly telling them how to live there life, as i feel they havent a clue how to treat there nieghbours or people around them, and now it i feel they dont care about there kids smoking drugs and growing them in front of them.
I have no proof they are abusing there children, hence the delimer.

(man i cant spell today!)

Where children are concerned it is complicated, if they are treating there kids well and you get social services involved it can cause real problems, as social services would have a problem with the dope.

You need to get proof that these kids are in real danger before you do anything, yes have a word with them about being s**t neighbours and that, but how they raise there kids is there business, so long as they are providing them with all the basic needs, food water, love etc.

I do believe that a parent stoned off there face is in no fit state to look after a child nor is one who drinks large quantities, which it sounds like they do do, judging by the beer bottles next morning.

You do however have to consider the possibility that only one of the parents smokes dope and drinks a lot. It isn't necessarily both of them.

Once you do have proof that they are dope smoking alcoholics id say get social services involved, because as i said they can't be in a fit state to look after their children if they are off there faces.

If your not comfortabe with what your seeing or feeling call the necessary people.

Dont give a f**k about excuses, you dont have illegal drugs in a house with kids!

If it's white, sticky and not yours dont touch it.

I would seriously phone child welfare, tell them everything that has been going on, they will check into the situation, remain annoymous if you can.
