I've taken three and a half years of psychology courses....although they are definitely not considered "a-level"

I've taken about three years of it as well but have no idea what "a-level" means.

A-levels are qualifications taken at college in the UK, before going on to do a degree at university.

So the equivalent of our ACT and SAT scores just specialized to cover one particular subject? Like our AP course tests?

Not expecting you to answer that, just, that's what it sounds like.

its an easy one- not theoretical at all lol, just after knowing whats the coursework like. is it weekly essays, one big project etc?

i bought a stupidly expensive display book for my counselling stuff that e were told we had to buy and its 7 leaves too few for what i need but they wont take it back cos id 'used' it so im just wondering if its something id be likely to use for my A Level?

was there not an exit qualification? that was the best part of my masters, the 20, 000 word thesis. i loved it yep fully paid up geek but they should have given you something after that hard slog? i know for the undergraduate degrees here its still possible to graduate without Honours if a degree is done but the thesis is either failed or not taken

its short for Advanced Level, I took mine at school just before i went to uni. i would tell you that they come after GCSE's but that wont mean much to you either i guess i forget there are less bods from the UK than some other places here

Same here, got a BS (4-year-college-degree) in psychology.
Went for my Masters, got within a class or two of finishing, and wayyyy past time to be giving serious thought to my thesis - then I stopped.
Major career changes and moves going on right then too.
