Granted I could go through your entire tirade and pick such statements that have been made without thought, without evidence and without logic... but one step at a time. Let's see the response to this first.

Well, this also harms women, since most women just want to be themselves and actually earn the position they're going for, instead of getting it just because they're women. They just want to be treated as normal, average human beings. Why is that so hard to comprehend? And not to mention, any time a woman is shown in a job, guys tend to assume she only got it to fill a diversity quota, which is another way affirmative action actually harms women in the long run. Why don't people get that?
