i dont like it.... reminds me of a tea stainer! but from the design point of view there was alot of work put into this but could they not have designed something sooo much better with their time rather than designing a huge tea stainer to live and work in!

The fact that it is near a body of water, a center for performing arts, as well as a house of culture exchange makes me agree with the Sydney Opera House resemblance.

The facade makes me wonder though. Is it made of Brise-Soleil? sunscreens?

How pratical is it to build on bridges? May be a way to use limited space Some of the Circle Line in London is being covered over with more buildings not such fun waiting for a train but shelter from the rain However how are new buildings to live and/or work in? Isn't this at least as important as looks from outside? An attempt is to make new builds with smaller Carbon Footprints and this will impact on the look and shape of buildings London has some good examples such as the new City Hall replacing County Hall now a hotell and aquaraum
