Rare Candies and Poke Beans

*This is from Pokemon Moon.

I've fed 3 Poke Beans EACH to my team of 6 Pokemon. I'm supposed to get a Rare Candy from the Pokemon Center Cafe for that. But I didn't. Am I doing something wrong, or is it a once-a-day thing?
