is there something in the culture between english people, welsh people, and scotish people?

it sound like " inside joke " with you, guys over. we, americans don't get.

i remember somewhere ago, " on tonight show with johnny carson " that " sean connery and other foreign celebrities in between the uk, and scotland.

i know from movies, i have seen over the years, that " harsh welsh " accent, i hardly time, understand the hell,they talking about.

sean told johnny that he is welsh, ( irish people hard to understand, when they really get into their irish accent. )

sean told johnny, that are " sub-cultures ". like in america, the rich, the middle class, and the poor ". it seem your sub-cultures of levels of parts of uk, and other regions in areas.

your humor like this joke above, and others, i have read before. sometimes, i really the drift of the joke. sometimes the humor, really escape me.

or, there a foreign that anyone. except an american will know or understand , what it mean.


so with this joke above, i don't get the humor, with " the scotsman ".


p.s. - if your dead - mostly, you can't pee, duh! does the pope need to bless his toilet. every time, he pee?
