Back at it.......... again...

Well everyone. I am back at it yet again. I am seeking to be a fit individual again. I can imagine some of you are reading this and you're like 'ugh whatever. You're just going to quit again.' I haven't gotten a good workout since the beginning of the year. I am damn near 200 pounds now because I chose to get very lazy. That's one reason why I haven't taken any pictures. I just did a 17 minute "spartan beginner workout" and I all but died in the process. I have a very long way to go.

Hopefully I can't prove myself wrong along with the those who believe I will quit again. I will get through this.

Thanks. My goal right now is to get back 165lbs by July the latest. Down to 150lbs by October the latest.

I'm sure you can do it. Just make sure you do it in a way that doesnt just drop the weight but leaves you fitter, healthier and more energetic eg improved VO2 max etc etc etc
