DHS will start ramping up the hiring of GVO positions to stand guard at malls, airports, government buildings and other public places to enforce the new legislation expected to come about in numerous states:

In the first days of 2017, legislators in five states have introduced so-called "bathroom bills" restricting access to public accommodations.

Legislative moves this week in Kentucky, Minnesota, Missouri, Texas and Virginia represent the latest efforts at the center of a broader public debate over transgender rights.
Additionally, lawmakers in Alabama, South Carolina and Washington filed so-called bathroom bills last year for introduction during the upcoming sessions.

The Gender Verification Officers will be equipped with X-Ray goggles to monitor for law-breakers. Suspects may be asked to provide evidence before entering their selected facility.

In other news, a North Carolina 3 month old girl was taken into custody after her father brought her into a Men's bathroom to change her diaper. She entered a plea of "gurble-hak-ga-phhhhtht"

So now it's a small enough government to fit inside a public bathroom?

They're so confusing.

These laws are both nonsensical and creepy. Some of them mention birth certificates. Are people expected to carry around a copy of their birth certificates in order to take a s*** now or something? I mean this doesn't even just affect trans people. It also affects people who just look androgynous due to genetics or the way they dress.

That's not even touching on how boring as hell a job like that sounds. 'Here we're going to give you a job to stand in front of a bathroom to physically verify people that walk in for 12 hours straight. Never mind that quite a lot of people visit the bathroom when they urgently need to go, nope we're going to hold you up to inspect your birth certificate first. Have kids who don't know how to give themselves time and every time they have to use the bathroom its an emergency? Well tough titties to you looks like your washing out pee stains from all your kids clothes.' Dear god sounds like a job that's open to more abuse from angry people than telemarketers.

with birth certificates are be enforce in airports and bus stations. may be at sport stadiums, national parks ( maybe ), art museums, zoo, restaurants, and probably malls.

anywhere like concerts, where there is a big crowds are. i think guards would not be thrill to ask for birth certificates. the guards are there to control people or crowds that ugly with with gender issues.

basely, it is fear that encourage this nonsense with birth certificates, so stupid. this nonsense to encourage riots and disturbances.

i think that states will eventually will change this nonsense with birth certification for i.d.

mrmhead, I sure hope folks don't believe this. The thought is kind of funny. Guards standing around with their goggles on looking folks up and down looking for the tell tale signs.
