Well, the guys behind Google are smart cookies, I'm sure they wouldn't have done it without forecasting a happy ending to it all.

But yes, that was my first thought. AOL both sucks and blows at the same time, and I didn't think that was physically possible.

They're a horrible company to deal with- ask your parents. Maybe they've experienced AOL's customer service--- AFTER the AOL program f**ked up the computer.
