Partially boiling your veggies gets rid of any pesticides but keeps the nutrients in.

Good to know...But dammit I like salads and you can't boil yummy cold salad stuff! So I just try to buy organic, or not think about it if I'm too poor to buy organic. It kinda pissed me off that you have to be rich to be healthy. Double cheeseburger? $1 Fresh salad? $4.99
