That's good that you are going to the Doctor shortly. You may want to get an ultrasound scan on your upper abdomen to give you a clear picture of what is going on.
You say you suffer from high blood pressure. If you are taking any sort of a statin tablet to control this then these are well known to cause a variety of side effects (including Pancreas problems)

I already know I have high blood pressure they told me that when I went to the doctor last time they gave me blood pressure pills to take but I didn't get them filled cuz I don't want to be stuck taking blood pressure pills for the rest of my life I mean I'm only 30 and plus I didn't like the doctor I went to she was kind of a b****
