Better to be prepared than embarrassed. I'd first find the person responsible and kindly ask them to refill. If no satisfaction there, go to the school's office and make a formal complaint. Hygiene is of most importance especially in a situation with a population of people around.

It is a little redundant though, when there is extremely cheap, thin stuff, I always use ten times more than a i should because it feels better. There goes they're savings and clogging excuse...they should use the nice stuff.

Exactly!!! you have to unroll forever to get enough see through paper to do the job a few sheets of the good stuff will do.

and it doesn't feel like sandpaper!

Meh, I don't care about the different types of toilet paper, but the fluffy stuff is made from freshly chopped trees, and the thinner stuff is usually recycled. I think it's a waste to cut down trees just for people's asses.
