I went to my GP (who I've known a while and trust) he referred me to the Student Counseling, completely free.

Maybe I could actually get a faster time then. Part of the problem is that I'm either at uni or at work. I have no free time when counselling is open because they're on a Mon-Fri 9-5 schedule
