She was "discovered" on a talent show called X factor yes. I'm not a fan, there's no way on earth I'd buy one of her cd's, but she's not bad I guess. Better than many

She has a good, strong voice but imo has not been given catchy, memorable material to sing. Bleeding Love is ok if you like that sort of thing, but who can remember what else she's brought out?

The problem is that a good voice is not enough. She is painfully shy and seems to have no personality. For some reason she also seems to rub people up the wrong way. She tends to pull out of a lot of engagements.

Can't see her being around for a long time

Bleeding Love is possibly the best written pop song of the last couple of years. Pity it was her who sang it to be honest, she's got a nice voice but she does that weird thing where they change the notes five times in a single word to sound 'soulful'.

She comes across as a really genuine nice person though, seems like a strange target.
