Hi there everyone!

My name is Jane Williams, I am currently doing some research regarding self help and confidence and I was hoping for some help.

I am just in the process of launching a new newsletter on how to boost self confidence, self esteem, overcome anxiety, destroy negative thinking, relieve stress and much more. I really want to make sure that I answer the questions that people suffering from confidence issues want the answers to. I also want to ensure that the content is genuine and reflects real people and their experiences so I can help as many people as I can. So many self help resources today are theoretical and don’t get to the root of everyday people’s problems, I want this newsletter to be different!

I already have a variety of content and interviews from professionals and documented sources but I really would like some real life input. I am looking for people to send me their real experiences with their own confidence issues. Specifically the experiences they have had with poor confidence and low self esteem and if you managed to solve these problems, how you did it. If we use your story in the newsletter you will be informed and you will be given credit for it.

If you wish to share your experiences and help me to help other people suffering from similar problems as yourself then please private message me and I will reply as soon as I can.

I have terrible self esteem issues but am unsure if there is any real reason for it. I don't think anyone is confident in themselves. It's like happiness, this thing we have invented to strive towards but which is ultimately impossible.

Alot of it has to do with the way people have programmed themselves throughout time and history. Everyone wants everything too immaculate and strict and doesn't allow any room for human nature.

The next time you're at a job interview, YOU should be interviewing your employer more so than them interviewing you. There ARE more jobs out there if you don't like what you see so don't let others control you by insinuating otherwise.

Same goes for relationships. You don't have to cling desperately to someone whom treats you poorly because you're afraid there's going to be no one else. There are PLENTY more out there that will accept you, you just need to learn how to reach out and be proactive.

Never let anyone, in any situation, lead you to believe that there's not enough for everyone and you should kiss a** and desperately cling to the crap you got or you'll wind up as a security guard.

What's wrong with a security guard? It's an honest job.

I've just put an end to an abusive relationship due to badgering and constant put-downs. Now I'll have to figure out a way to cope with my insecurities and low self-esteem.
